Happy Sunday from the beach!
We got away for the weekend to meet my parents and siblings at the beach. Despite raining all week, the weather this weekend has been gorgeous.
I’m going to keep this quick… workout recap at 33 weeks pregnant:
Sunday: 20 minute weight circuit + 30 minute walk
Monday: 4.25 run in the rain! (9:35 ave pace)
Tuesday: 15 minutes elliptical, 25 minute strength
Wednesday: 4.25 run- tough run, after a string of good ones (10:15 ave pace)
Thursday: 40 minute cycling + 15 upper body weights at the gym
Friday: am- 3.5 run, pm- short walk at the beach with my mom
Saturday: morning walk + beach time + evening walk
For the meal plan this week:
Sunday: With family at the beach- grilling or going out
Monday: Potluck at L’s preschool to celebrate the end of the year
Tuesday: Turkey Lentil Sloppy Joes
Wednesday: Italian Style Quinoa Salad
Thursday: Grill salmon and veggies; steamed rice
Friday:Traveling to my parents house to leave L for our “staycation” babymoon part two in NYC 🙂
