Jill and I are excited to kick off the Menu Planning challenge and link up this weekend! This challenge came at the perfect time for me. I was doing very little menu planning this summer and enjoyed the break, but also found that we started repeating a lot of meals and I was in a rut with my grocery list, buying the same vegetables week after week.
This week, I sat down with a new cookbook that I’m reviewing and chose all of our meals from there. My husband offered to get groceries yesterday, and I already knew exactly what we would need for the week… plus, I wasn’t the one doing the shopping. This challenge is off to a good start!
