I mentioned a few weeks ago that I’m signed up for Amanda’s Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge. I’ll recap my weekly workouts on Sunday to track my points, along with the menu link up.
This past week’s workouts:
Sunday: 10 mile run
Monday: spin 1 hour + 30 minutes weights
Tuesday: 5 easy run, teach spin class pm
Thursday: Turkey Trot 5k (recap tomorrow) + 7 miles for 10 total
Friday: walking + 40 minutes biking
Saturday: 5 easy run
It was such a nice break to cook so little last week. As much as I enjoy cooking, I also love when other people cook for us!
We get home Tuesday afternoon, so here’s the plan for this week:
Sunday: Dinner with family
Monday: Dinner with family
Tuesday: Dinner on our way home from the airport
Wednesday: Pasta and spaghetti squash with sauce
Thursday: Broccoli Frittata
Friday: Homemade Tomato Soup and pumpkin spinach bean quesadillas
Saturday: Friends over for dinner
