There’s something about the start of a new year. A clean slate. I get excited about it every year.
What kinds of intentions do you set for the new year? I always have a few health related and running related. If you’re looking for group accountability, here are two opportunities to join me….
January Reset Challenge (Registration is closed)
The 21 day whole foods challenge is back!
This time our focus will be on learning and practicing mindful eating. We’ll clean up our diet with a whole foods challenge but there will be a little more wiggle room than a “detox” – it’s not about perfection. We’ll do our best to take care of the bodies we were given!
What do you get?
- Healthy, yummy recipes and a sample meal plan for each week
- Short, motivational daily emails with health tips and mindful eating info
- Group support and accountability with a private Facebook group
- Learn what your body feels best on, work on cravings, and feel lighter and more energized!
Bonus– strength training workouts included from a personal trainer!
5 by the 5th Challenge
I’m bringing this one back, too! If you’d rather focus on running that clean eats, this challenge is a fun way to work on speed and track your progress over several months.
The goal is to run a 5k or 5 mile run by the 5th of each month (from February through May.) I’ll provide a spreadsheet for tracking.
This challenge is free- and there are running-related prizes each month pulled at random!
