One-on-one coaching giveaway

Hey friends,

I’m really excited to have a facelift to my Holistic Health Coaching website DONE! The last few months, I asked a local designer to help me piece together what I couldn’t do on my own and I’m really happy with how it all turned out.

You can check it out here!

To celebrate the website launch, I’m hosting a giveaway!

What do I do?

I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health coach, trained in over 100 dietary theories to help you determine the foods that work best for your body and how to make small changes that add up to meet your goals.

I focus particularly on sugar cravings and yeast overgrowth, emotional eating and nutrition for runners.  (Note: there are many people who call themselves “health coaches” who may sell a product or be linked to a particular workout program.  Integrative Nutrition health coaches are not dieticians, but are well trained in holistic approaches to health, cravings, weight gain/weight loss, and more.)

I’m also an RRCA certified running coach, so if you would be more interested in a running coach just let me know in a comment.

Here’s the giveaway:

Win 2 (1 hour) health coaching sessions OR an 8 week running plan (customized to you).

a Rafflecopter giveaway

The health coach sessions would be a great complement to the group program “Change Your Food, Change Your Life” that starts on Sunday. (By the way, just two spots left – info here!)

Would you be more interested in working with a health coach or running coach?

Have you hired a coach in the past?

    • Thanks, Amber! And if you’re serious about it, I highly recommend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition- it was fantastic! They teach a lot of the business side of it too which was really helpful. And I have discounts to share with friends. Let me know if you want to chat about it. 🙂

  2. This could not have come at a better time! I am (attempting) to train for my first marathon. I also have an 11 month old baby. I love reading your blog and how you balance it all! I get encouraged every time I read it.

  3. I would love the running coaching for MCM in the fall!! I have a coach now for my Paris training and it hasn’t been great. He doesn’t respond to my emails for weeks and isn’t in touch at all. I won this training plan from our MRTT birthday party from our local running store which is usually amazing, but I’ve been really disappointed and SO glad I didn’t pay money for this, otherwise I would have been greatly disappointed. Maybe that’s why he isn’t paying attention because it was free? Who knows.

  4. A running plan, for sure. I have a race on schedule for the fall, but need some motivation and ideas for getting there!

  5. I’d be more interested in running coaching…but I’d take a side of nutrition 😉 Thank you for this giveaway. I enjoy following your blog!

  6. I would do the running coach. I’ve had trouble with old injuries this year–not injured enough I have to stop running but definetely feel them after long runs for a day or two. Could use some help with gait analysis and tips for increasing speed. I would do health coaching too–sugar cravings have been insane this winter.

  7. I actually already have a running coach, but know that my eating could be better, so I would love your health coaching help!

  8. I’d love a running plan – I’m juggling two little ones also so I’d love some input on some good workouts to maximize the time I do have to exercise. Love your new site!

  9. Love this giveaway!! I’m very interested in your Heath Coaching!! I just found interest in running last month. My first 5k is Saturday!!! ((Nervous)) So my main concern is eating the right foods!!!

  10. New site looks great! Congratulations on how your business seems to be growing. As I crawl out from under the avalanche of change that I’ve been dealing with this month, I’d be grateful for help in either area, because in working with you as my online coach previously, I was able to make a big difference in my health! Thank you!

  11. Honestly, I could use either. However, I would definitely benefit from a running coach at the moment as I work to run faster and get past issues with my hip!

  12. you were a great health coach, I think I’d love either doing it again or actually doing the running!

  13. I would like either one, but probably the running coaching now since I signed up for the 3 month program and I could use some running motivation!

  14. It would be a hard choice. I’m 10 weeks away from my first marathon so an 8 week customized plan would be cool but I’m in the middle of a different training plan so I’d hate to switch. Plus the health coaching would be awesome.

  15. Great new website and awesome opportunity to win some much needed advice. Hopefully, I get the chance to decide which prize. Fingers crossed!

  16. I think I would choose the health coaching sessions. But, I’m also a runner and training (on my own – with lots of reading and observation) for my first full marathon in March. I’m not sure what my next running goal would be but I know I still have a lot more to learn in order to be my best. Tough choice!

  18. That would be a tough choice! Probably health coaching though. I eat a pretty healthy vegetarian diet but I know I need some tweaks for optimal health

  19. I just stumbled upon your blog off recommendation of a friend. Looking into running my first marathon in the next year, and would be interested in a nutritional plan for the process!

  20. Honestly, I could use both! I am due with my first baby in four weeks, and I need a good plan to get back into running, but I also feel like I need some help making my health a priority with a newborn!
