Muffin Round up!

Something about the cooler Fall air begs me to do more baking, and muffins are at the top of my list.  They’re fun, delicious, pre-portioned and can be made as healthy (or unhealthy!) as you’d like!

I asked some friends for muffin favorites and came up with this delicious list.  I tried to organize them for you so you don’t have to click on every one to determine ingredients.  The categories include:

  • Whole Wheat/White Flour Muffins
  • Muffins made from granola or cereal

  2. Good idea Laura, you are right, muffins are definitely falls property. I have some banana crumble muffins that I make from time to time, and those are delicious. However, my favorite has to be poppyseed, you don’t see those too often either. So true about them being healthy or unhealthy…… do we listen to the angel or the demon 😉

    I can’t wait to try some of these. I like the idea of sweet potatoes or zucchini in a muffin, but those muffins with pumpkin and sprinkles sure sound good!
