It’s time for week two of the menu planning challenge! How did your first week go?
I definitely benefited from having a written plan again. I switched around a few of the days and subbed an easy eggs-for-dinner on one busy night, but I did make all four of the dinners I planned by the end of the week. It was nice to simply glance at my list to see the plan for the night, and know that we already had the ingredients.
Here’s the plan for this week:
This week’s winner will get a sample pack of Mila, a special blend of chia seeds. Mila is a whole raw food (gluten and sugar free), and is packed with omega 3’s, antioxidants, phytonutrients, protein and fiber. I’ve been sprinkling it on my oats and yogurt, or adding it to smoothies, muffins,or pancakes.
