I made it home yesterday, after a long but amazing time away. I was so ready to hug my girls!
Vancouver was amazing. The nutrition conference with Shaklee was amazing. I have so much to share but for now, I’m going to squeeze in a quick workout/meal plan update and I’ll share more soon.
Workouts from last week:
Sunday: Ran 4 recovery miles (9:30 pace) + a weight circuit in the hotel gym (early am) + walking the city
Monday: Walked, walked, walked the city (estimating 8-9 miles?)
Tuesday: 4 miles along Vancouver’s Seawall with my husband (10ish minute miles), plus I threw in 4 x 30 second springs (5:20 pace) + 4-6 miles of walking the city
Wednesday: off- travel day to Cleveland
Thursday: 5 miles around downtown Cleveland (8:50 pace) + push ups
Friday: walking the city between nutrition sessions
Saturday: 5k race (new post-baby pr! Details tomorrow!) + travel home
We ran another awesome Fresh Fix challenge last week but I didn’t participate with all my travels, so a lot of the women are continuing this week and I’m joining them.
I’m pulling these recipes from our summer Fresh Fix menu… the fall ecookbook will begin in September!
Sunday: Salmon cakes with Cilantro Lime Avocado dip
Monday: Kale, pepper and feta frittata
Tuesday: Turkey burgers with avocado in Boston lettuce leaves + grilled veggies
Wednesday: Chicken Fajitas with corn tortillas
Thursday: Zucchini, Spinach and Basil Pesto over black bean noodles
