It’s almost Turkey day! The last few years, we haven’t been traveling for this holiday. Since it’s so close to Christmas, we took a solid week or two at to see family then instead. But this year, we’re celebrating my brother’s recent destination wedding with a reception Saturday evening, so we’re going!
We’re heading out after the Turkey Trot, and will have Thanksgiving with my family on Friday, my husband’s whole family on Saturday, and the reception dinner Saturday evening. Lots of good food and socializing! We’ll hang around a few extra days and come home Tuesday.
We’re in clean-out-the-fridge mode this week. I’m linking up with What I ate Wednesday, so here’s what I was eating yesterday:

We have a stash of snacks packed for the trip. Some of which include deliciousness from Nature Box. They sent me a box to review, and we have already devoured the nuts, blueberry bites and trail mix.
I set aside the dried apricots and granola as snack options for our trip.
