Woo-hoo! It’s Friday!
It’s been a really good week… packed with lots of good friends, great client conversations, delicious eats and several new-to-me things I wanted to share.
So here’s what I’ve been loving this week!
Almond Meal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Yes, they are as dangerous as they sound. I used Gina’s recipe, without the bacon. Love the melted coconut oil in these- delicious! And they only make about ten, so even if you go overboard, they’re gone relatively quickly. 🙂
New Shoes for Marathon Training
I took these out on 3 runs so far. I might even run in a last minute 5k this weekend and test them out some more. Full review of the Mizuno Wave Sayonara coming soon!
Loved sampling these this week. Lily’s chocolate bars are made with stevia instead of sugar. Plus, they use fair trade cocoa and all natural, non-gmo ingredients. Coconut was my favorite flavor!
And yes, with all this sweet talk, there is another sugar detox coming soon. Details in the next week or two!
I am not usually one to take a multi vitamin (largely because I aim to get it in my food and I often simply forget). However, these tasty, chewy vitamins were hard to forget about! They’re tastier and more convenient than a big bulky pill, as there is no need for water to get it down.
These are specially formulated for adults and include:
- energy metabolism support
- as much Vitamin D3 as 3 ounces of salmon
- excellent source of vitamins B6 and B12 (particularly hard for vegetarians to get through diet)
- supports immune health
I like that they’re made in the US, too. My daughter keeps begging for one. I need to look for the kids version (L’il Critters), as her veggie intake is hit or miss these days, depending on her mood. More info can be found at Vitafusion Gummies.
Finally, just a reminder that Google Reader will be gone as of Monday. I’ve been happy with Bloglovin. If you haven’t made the switch, this is the last weekend to do so!
Do you take a multi-vitamin? What are you loving this week?
