Hope your week is going well! Thanks for the supportive comments on Monday’s post- I’m glad I’m not the only perfectionist who needs to be reminded to slow down and back off the crazy expectations!
I found out yesterday that Sunday’s half marathon will be cancelled if the government doesn’t reopen by Friday, because it takes place in a national park. Boo. There many worse things as a result of the shut-down, so I can’t complain. But it’s disappointing. I was offered a bib at another half on Sunday… so I might do that instead.
Here are our fall eats lately… breakfast:
(Pumpkin oatmeal with apples; Kale, scrambled eggs and lentils; Greens with leftover roasted sweet potatoes and eggs; Pumpkin baked oatmeal)
Lunch and dinner (lunch is often leftovers):

(I can’t get enough roasted squash seeds and kale chips. Plus, apricot-cashew balls and peach crisp!)
