My most popular program, Discovering Your Best Self, is particularly focused on women who want to achieve the following goals:
- Gain more control of your eating
- Learn to handle your “sweet tooth”
- Determine the best (and worst) foods for your body
- Lose a little (or a lot) of weight
- Gain more energy and learn how to avoid the mid-afternoon crash
- Improve your body image and learn to be KINDER to yourself
I’ll also use a series of individualized holistic tests to help you understand what foods your body does best on, and we’ll consider and identify any imbalances such as insulin resistance, adrenal fatigue or food intolerances.
I focus on helping women and athletes identify the best way of eating to reach their health or performance goals, overcome cravings (especially sugar!) and practice self-compassion in the process to become a happier, healthier version of themselves.

Together, we would explore how other areas of your life (relationships, career, stress, spirituality) are affecting your health. Many times stress in one area of our life has a direct impact on our health, and can even sabotage our best efforts to make change on our own.
During the program, we meet twice a month (in person, over the phone or skype). I am also available for email support in between meetings.
I am happy to meet in person with clients in North Jersey or the greater NYC area.
