This has been one of my lowest mileage running weeks, thanks to the never ending snow! I was planning to run Monday and Wednesday, and both days we had 6+ inches of snow, some ice on Wednesday, schools closed, and even our gym closed both days.
So I made due with some elliptical (in our basement) and snow shoveling. I finally made it to the gym yesterday for 5 easy miles. My 5 by the 5th race was on Saturday, when it was snowy, but beautiful (and above 30!). I ran my 5 miles as part of the trail race that I recapped here.
