How are you? I’m writing this in advance because my friends will be here for a girls weekend and I’m stepping away from the computer. Yay! I can’t wait to catch up with them.
As I mentioned on Friday, I took an unplanned cutback week this week because my legs were just spent! I’ll share more on over training tomorrow and how to know if/when it hits.
Sunday: 5 recovery miles
Monday: 45 minute spin
10 mile run at the track – 3 miles before calling it a day
Thursday: 1 hour tough spin class
Friday: easy 4 miles
Saturday: girls weekend
So yeah… it doesn’t exactly look like I’m training for a marathon. But I’m trusting that the extra rest will be the smart decision in the long run.
For the meal plan:
Sunday: Steak Fajitas (husband’s request)
Monday: Thai Tofu Veggie Stir Fry
Tuesday: Veggie and Chicken Sausage Frittata
Thursday: Homemade pizza (L’s request)
Saturday: Day at my in-laws to play with cousins (and have Easter egg hunts!)
